Key Responsibilities
  • Research Hypothesis Development & Prioritization:
    • Co-create and develop strategic hypotheses problem/opportunity statements to support research prioritization framework.
    • Define research strategy to understand the value at stake for problem solutioning or opportunity capture.
    • Partner with research teams and data/analytics teams to develop growth strategy opportunities, investment required, and time to value realization models.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets from various sources to derive insights and identify trends.
    • Develop reports and visualizations to communicate strategic opportunities and trade-off options.
    • Collaborate with data teams and stakeholders to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
    • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making processes.
  • Market Insights Program Support:
    • Collaborate with the Senior Manager Marketing Insights and cross-functional teams to develop a project/program management plan to deliver insights across the organization.
    • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
    • Communicate project status, progress, and updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
    • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and recommendations to support marketing insights socialization.

Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in program management and insights development experience.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, Tableau).
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, M.S.) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
