About the Position:

Tribe Gaming is in search of a seasoned Media Sales professional to drive revenue growth for the company and its content creators through YouTube Reserved Media sales. The ideal candidate will be tasked with identifying Media Sales opportunities that align with Tribe Gaming's objectives and goals. Specifically, the role focuses on Reserved Media Sales on YouTube. This position calls for a strategic individual with exceptional communication and negotiation skills, a pre-existing network of agencies and advertisers, and a track record of successfully closing deals in this realm. As a new position within Tribe Gaming, the responsibilities and scope of this role are set to evolve over time.

Responsibilities:
  • Foster revenue growth by selling reserved media inventory on YouTube to advertisers and agencies
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and surpass revenue goals, in line with Tribe's overarching objectives, including maintaining forecasts of Tribe gaming channel inventory
  • Identify potential brands, corporations, businesses, and agencies interested in leveraging Tribe Gaming's exclusive mobile gaming audience
  • Cultivate strong relationships with potential and current brands and agencies, understanding their advertising goals, and continuously exploring opportunities for upselling and renewals
  • Create customized sales proposals and presentations to address the needs of potential brands and partners
  • Pitch Tribe's unique YouTube inventory to brands, media agencies, and prospective clients, showcasing how it aligns with their marketing objectives
  • Negotiate sales agreements, terms, pricing, and deliverables ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome for both parties
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in YouTube advertising landscapes to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales agreements
  • Generate regular reports on sales and campaign performance, offering data-driven recommendations for optimization and demonstrating value to clients
Requirements for Success:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in media or digital sales, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (preferably in selling YouTube Reserve inventory)
