Position: Lead, Media Solutions & Account Manager

Location: Remote

Realtor Careers is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead our Consumer Media team. This pivotal role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, contributing to strategic development, and ensuring adherence to timelines and deadlines. Key attributes for success in this position include efficiency, accuracy, attention to detail, and adaptability. Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritize effectively and complete tasks thoroughly and on time. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and engage effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the national sales team to facilitate successful online campaign development and execution.
  • Conduct research on available inventory and pricing to create targeted advertising campaigns for clients.
  • Identify opportunities for online media placements that can enhance client business and brand visibility.
  • Analyze data, summarize key insights, and integrate findings into proposals.
  • Manage and approve media plans, balancing effective solutions for clients with profitability.
  • Assist the national sales team in crafting proposals/media plans in response to client requests.
  • Resolve any technical issues that may arise during campaign execution.
  • Oversee existing campaigns and optimize performance based on client requirements.
  • Provide regular campaign status updates to clients and sales teams.
  • Analyze reports to identify potential risks of under-delivery in campaigns.
  • Collaborate with finance to deliver reports and actual revenue figures post-campaign.
  • Prepare campaign recaps for clients, including strategic recommendations and analyses.
  • Handle monthly billing for all clients, encompassing both programmatic and direct deals.
  • Encourage additional revenue opportunities based on previous performance and new product suggestions.
  • Present case studies and strategic pitch decks during weekly sales meetings.
Work Environment:

We emphasize a blend of creativity and innovation, supported by in-person collaboration. Most employees work in our offices for three or more days a week, fostering a rich culture and strengthening our community.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in online account management within the media sector, preferably with agency experience.
  • Proficiency in ad serving technologies and order management systems.
  • Experience with custom content and branded initiatives.
  • Familiarity with setting up programmatic RFP requests is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage and integrate online advertising reporting data from various sources.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
  • A collaborative team player focused on client success with a comprehensive perspective.
  • A strong desire to learn, a solid work ethic, and the ability to grasp complex concepts are vital.
