Realtor Careers is seeking a Senior Account Manager to take the lead within our Consumer Media division. This role is pivotal in supporting one of the largest real estate websites in the industry.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, play a significant role in strategic planning, and ensure adherence to timelines and deadlines. Key attributes for success in this position include efficiency, precision, attention to detail, and adaptability. Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills are essential, along with the capability to prioritize tasks and complete assignments thoroughly and promptly. Comfort in a fast-paced environment and effective interaction with various organizational levels and clients is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the national sales team to ensure effective online campaign creation and execution across the Realtor network.
- Conduct research on available inventory and pricing to develop targeted advertising campaigns for clients.
- Identify opportunities for online media placements that can enhance client business and brand visibility.
- Analyze data, summarize key insights, and integrate findings into client proposals.
- Manage and approve media plans, balancing robust media solutions for clients with profitability for the company.
- Assist the national sales team in crafting proposals/media plans in response to client RFPs.
- Resolve any technical issues that may arise with advertising operations.
- Oversee existing campaigns and optimize performance based on client requirements.
- Provide regular campaign status updates to clients and sales teams.
- Analyze reports to identify potential risks of under-delivery in campaigns.
- Collaborate with finance to generate reports and actual revenue figures post-campaign.
- Deliver campaign recaps to clients, including strategic recommendations and analysis.
- Handle monthly billing for all clients, encompassing both programmatic and direct deals.
- Encourage additional revenue based on previous performance and new product suggestions.
- Present case studies and strategic pitch decks to the sales team during weekly meetings.

Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree with over 8 years of professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in online account management within the media sector, with a background in advertising agencies required.
- Familiarity with ad serving technologies and order management systems is essential.
- Experience in custom content and branded utilities is preferred.
- Knowledge of setting up programmatic RFP requests and activating PMP deals is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to gather and integrate online advertising reporting data from various sources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- A strong team player committed to achieving client results and understanding the broader business context.
- The ideal candidate should possess a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, and the ability to grasp complex concepts while demonstrating a willingness to exceed expectations.
