About the Role

As a Portfolio Performance Analyst at Addepar, you will lead the data validation process during data conversion projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of financial portfolio data, excels in problem-solving, communicates effectively, and thrives in meeting project deadlines with high-quality output. This role requires a proactive approach to address client needs, collaborate with internal teams, and drive client success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end data validation processes with clients and internal teams
  • Conduct training sessions with clients throughout projects
  • Assist clients in identifying and resolving portfolio data discrepancies
  • Review and document system calculation methodologies
  • Coordinate across project teams and provide regular status updates
  • Communicate key issues to project team members and leadership
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Qualifications
  • B.S. in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or Economics
  • 2+ years of experience in Finance and Technology
  • Familiarity with financial markets and products
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in Python programming is a plus
