Summary: Assess the integrity of mortgage assignment chains and ensure proper endorsement of promissory notes. Collaborate with clients, service providers, and governmental entities to rectify discrepancies in assignment chains, address endorsement issues, and fulfill document requests in accordance with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze title reports to verify the accuracy of mortgage assignment chains.

2. Examine promissory notes to confirm the validity of endorsements and allonges.

3. Identify authorized individuals to execute necessary documentation.

4. Initiate corrective measures, including the drafting and signing of documents to finalize mortgage assignments and note endorsements/allonges, engaging vendors and third parties as required.

5. Oversee the completion of corrective actions, including the recording and imaging of documents as necessary.

6. Perform additional tasks related to collateral documentation as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Familiarity with mortgage documentation.

2. Preferred experience of one to two years in the mortgage sector (servicing or origination).

3. Strong communication skills with the capability to engage with vendors and third parties in a professional manner.

4. Detail-oriented with the ability to follow intricate instructions and complete tasks accurately and promptly.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
