About the Role

As a Retail Credit Specialist at BMW Group, you will play a critical role in managing risk while maximizing portfolio growth. You will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting consumer and business credit data to make informed credit decisions, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze credit submissions and underwrite credit lines up to $750K
  • Manage risk while maximizing portfolio growth through thorough analysis and verification tools
  • Communicate credit decisions and rationale to stakeholders
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of credit decisions with Centers
  • Escalate applications exceeding lending authority to Senior Credit Analyst/Manager/Team Leader
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and/or certification
  • 2+ years of Finance experience or related education
Preferred Qualifications
  • Business degree with concentration in Finance
  • 1-2 Years Credit Analysis experience
  • 1-2 Years Collections experience
  • 1-2 Years Dealer Facing experience
