About the Role:
As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing our customer service team to ensure seamless operations and unparalleled customer satisfaction.   • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on coaching and motivating team members.
  • Solid understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
