Job Overview

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the face of our location, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and promoting our wellness services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Assist Clients: Provide personalized support to clients, answering questions and addressing concerns related to our wellness services.
  • Schedule and Manage Appointments: Facilitate the booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation process for clients, ensuring seamless communication and timely follow-up.
  • Onboard New Clients: Complete waivers, operate our point-of-sale system, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Sell Service Packages and Memberships: Confidently recommend and sell service packages and memberships to clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our offerings.
  • Educate Clients on Restore Services: Provide in-depth information on our services, including medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care, ensuring clients are well-informed and empowered to make informed decisions.
  • Perform Opening and Closing Procedures: Ensure the store is prepared for opening and closing, maintaining a safe, clean, and secure environment for guests and employees.
  • Assist Management with Projects: Collaborate with management on various projects, contributing to the growth and success of our location.
Requirements
  • Passion for Health and Wellness: A genuine interest in health and wellness, with a desire to help others achieve their goals.
  • Customer Service Experience: At least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Availability to Work Weekends: Availability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Education and Certifications: A degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field, or currently pursuing such a degree.
