As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the go-to expert for customer inquiries, efficiently managing technician schedules, entering crucial customer data, and securing maintenance appointments through outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Efficiently schedule and coordinate technician appointments
- Enter customer data and maintain accurate records
- Secure maintenance appointments through outbound calls
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- 2 years of customer service or dispatching experience
- 2 years of HVAC, electrical, or plumbing experience
- Ability to type 50-60 WPM
- Strong listening and verbal communication skills
- Experience using ServiceTitan software
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $38,000 - $55,000, and our comprehensive company-wide benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and generous PTO.
