POSITION SUMMARY:

Manage, lead, and enhance all Supply Chain functions related to materials, production planning, and warehouse operations to meet business requirements efficiently and cost-effectively. Utilize NCE tools and Lean methodologies to optimize performance.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure effective warehousing practices for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
  • Promote smooth operations through proactive communication and collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Develop and maintain detailed production schedules while minimizing costs
  • Manage material planning for timely availability of raw materials, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness
  • Participate in NCE and TPM initiatives to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with peers to share best practices and drive overall improvement
  • Establish and maintain a strong supplier base
  • Develop budgets and performance plans
  • Prioritize a safe working environment
  • Facilitate career development and coaching for supply chain personnel

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:

  • BS/BA degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, or Business Management
  • Experience in manufacturing and Logistics/Supply Chain Management
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and distribution processes
  • Knowledge of Lean principles and Continuous Improvement processes

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5 years of management experience in supply chain operations
  • 3 years of team leadership experience
  • Operational and manufacturing experience, with a focus on food manufacturing
  • Working knowledge of automation is beneficial
  • Understanding of various Supply Chain principles including Lean, Safety, Quality, and Environment
  • Intermediate knowledge of supply planning, budget management, and industry-specific trends
