YOUR ROLE

Lead a team of Customer Engagement personnel to enhance our Contract Logistics services and deliverables through preparation of new business proposals and solution presentations to potential customers, as well as preparation of customer presentations for renewals and renegotiations, Quarterly Business Reviews and Top-To-Top meetings.


WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? Leads/performs research on target clients and analyzes client needs to ensure the proposal messaging is on target with CEVA's priorities and strategic objectives.

Participates in the provision of qualifications, biographies, and specialized content as needed. Conceptualizes original content and writes/directs proposal sections.
Draft key messages (e.g., value proposition, differentiators) and generates new ideas on how to convey the message.
Lead development of materials supporting new business & renewal customer proposals as well as business review presentations and templates.
Build robust Customer Engagement team, including recruitment, training, and development as well as cross training stakeholders.
Creation and continuous improvement of all Customer Engagement processes
Support Managing Director NORTAM on Contract Logistics, as needed, related to NORTAM communications and presentations.
Incorporate CEVA strategy, long term goals and CSR initiatives into presentation materials
Manage collaboration and partnership of Solutions Design/Pricing, Business Development and Customer Success.
Some travel required, as needed for customer meetings and internal collaboration (estimated 10% - 20%).
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent related work or military experience. MBA or Masters in Marketing/Communications
Experience 7-10 years of industry relevant experience; including people management 10+ years of industry relevant experience.
Extensive knowledge/experience of 3PL industry; Powerpoint; Microsoft (Excel, Word, Etc); Viseo, etc Marketing/Communication certifications, as relevant to the role

Strong ability to communicate/work with executive leaders, fluent in English Strong analytical/critical thinking skillset; Strategic vision Strong planning, time management, collaboration, decision making, organization, presentation and negotiating skills.

Skilled in collaborative management and motivational techniques.
Fluent in French or Spanish desired.
