Key Responsibilities:
The Customer Success Manager will oversee the entire customer journey, from initial proof of concept (POC) through onboarding and ongoing account management. The ideal candidate will:

  • Facilitate comprehensive training programs for new clients, ensuring their business objectives are achieved.
  • Manage the customer success process, including regular success calls and product assistance.
  • Provide industry insights and share best practices with clients.
