About the Job:The Operations Process Engineer plays a vital role in owning and enhancing business processes to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include creating workflows, documenting procedures, and finding solutions to enhance customer and associate experience while cutting down on costs. This position collaborates with Operations leadership to optimize service delivery, implement process changes, and manage change effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzes and improves workflows and processes to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluates and implements changes for technological and manual needs.
  • Leads Operations technology implementations and business maintenance for assigned processes.
  • Provides insights into process improvement, risk management, and operational excellence.
  • Develops project plans, requirements, and test criteria.
  • Consults with business leaders on new processes and change management planning.
  • Owns process documentation, training content, and risk/control elements.
  • Drives customer experience through workflow process monitoring.
  • Participates in software and system solution implementation.
  • Maintains strong relationships across management teams.
  • Engages in issue resolution and departmental budget planning.
  • Participates in hiring and provides coaching to team members.
Other Responsibilities:
  • Assists with transactions and customer service as needed.
  • Handles additional duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant business and analytical experience.
  • Project management and Agile experience.
  • Leadership experience is a plus.
  • Background in insurance or financial services industry is preferred.
