Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the SVP of Engineering in developing and refining the strategic direction of the Engineering Organization

  • Partner with Recruiting to plan and execute hiring initiatives
  • Serve as a liaison between the SVP of Engineering and the rest of the Leadership Team
  • Facilitate communication and ensure seamless collaboration
  • Manage organizational-wide meetings and events
  • Help build a positive work environment through development initiatives and training
  • Look at insights and provide recommendations to enhance the performance of the organization
  • Perform budget analysis and track performance against planning
  • Refine process and resource allocation to grow the department
  • Assist with calendar management, travel planning, and coordination of the SVP of Engineering's engagement with the rest of the Leadership team

Requirements:

  • BA in a related field and/or equivalent years of experience
  • 3+ years of experience in fast-paced environments, supporting senior engineering leadership
  • Intellectual curiosity and personal integrity
  • Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Ability to maintain a professional atmosphere in a fast-paced environment with numerous interactions and interruptions
  • High degree of initiative, self-motivation, and ability to motivate others
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with team members and colleagues
  • Comfortable with office pets (cats, dogs)
