Communication Manager


is responsible for developing and implementing the internal and external communications plan for an assigned business unit while ensuring consistency in messaging.


How you will make an impact:
Leads the research of both internal and external communication needs and establishes goals and objectives.
Acts as communications lead for key projects.
Works with senior executives in message preparation including, writing, editing, and strategic planning of messages to internal audiences.
Develop talking points and other presentations for the senior team.
Leads strategic development of messages for management.
Leads the award nomination process and award content development for National Government Services. Collaborates closely with National Government Services and Federal Government Solutions Leadership on internal and external messaging.
Serves as senior editor of corporate and/or online communications.
Works with intranet and internet team in posting appropriate messages and maintaining site content.

Requires a BA/BS in public relations, journalism, communications, or related area; 7 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

This position is part of our NGS (National Government Services) division which, per CMS TDL 190275, requires foreign national applicants meet the residency requirement of living in the United States at least three of the past five years.

Master's Degree Preferred
Graphics design experience preferred. Working knowledge of the health insurance industry is preferred.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $85,200 to $127,800
