**Job Description:**

Responsible for advising the business and translating business objectives into Human Resources strategies that drive business results. Ensures talent needs and concerns and organizational effectiveness is addressed. Enhances HR practices that allow the company to attract, develop, reward, and retain talent. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

**Responsibilities**

+ Partners with the business to define goals and objectives. Develops and implements HR strategies to support business plans, including workforce plan and talent strategies.

+ Consults with business leadership in the identification, development, assessment, and management of talent.

+ Supports the business with change management and organizational redesign efforts.

+ Designs and implements HR solutions to solve strategic business challenges.

+ Consults and develops strategies for improving employee engagement.

**Minimum Qualifications**

**At a minimum, heres what we need from you:**

+ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field

+ 8+ years of experience in HR Consulting, HR Business Partner, Talent Management, or related experience

+ In lieu of a degree, 15+ years of experience in HR Consulting, HR Business Partner, Talent Management, or related field

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Master's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field

+ 4+ years of primary experience consulting with executive or senior leadership

+ 2+ years of global HR experience

+ 2+ years of HR consulting experience with a complex business model and workforce
