Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of warehouse experience
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel), and WMS systems
- Forklift experience
- Equipment certification may be required
Responsibilities
- Support facility Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) focusing on safety, quality, sanitation, and maintenance
- Create and manage daily dock schedules
- Coordinate with carriers for appointments and load updates
- Work with Operations Supervisor to distribute workload efficiently
- Collaborate with inventory department to resolve order issues
- Communicate with customers regarding order changes
- Maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports
- Perform additional duties as needed
