Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver general administrative assistance to the CLASS Dean, coordinators, and staff.
  • Manage front desk operations and perform standard office duties.
  • Support the Public Service Residential College (PSRC) with administrative tasks.
  • Assist in the organization and logistics of various events, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Handle credit card reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare donor acknowledgments, correspondence, invitations, and thank you notes.
  • Ensure donor activities are recorded accurately and prepare statistical data for development.
  • Facilitate Alumni Advisory Board meetings and collaborate with other departments regarding donor contributions.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience equivalent to three years.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and experience in customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with software programs such as Excel and SAP.
  • Experience in designing and maintaining web pages may be advantageous.
