As a pivotal part of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the administration and implementation of HR policies and programs within our facility.



Job Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead employee relations and communications programs to foster a positive work environment and align with company strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees in resolving work-related issues effectively.
  • Handle the end-to-end hiring process, from posting vacancies to onboarding new hires. Work closely with plant leadership to meet staffing needs.
  • Promote employee engagement by upholding company values and partnering with plant leadership on various activities.
  • Support employee development through training, career planning, and apprenticeship initiatives.
  • Maintain HR records accurately within the HRIS system and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
  • Conduct exit interviews, process unemployment claims, and organize employee relations events.
  • Fulfill supervisory duties such as recruitment, training, performance appraisals, and conflict resolution.
  • Perform any other job-related tasks as necessary.
