Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Manager to lead our plant operations and facilities maintenance functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing facilities, as well as implementing and maintaining effective maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Enforce Safety Programs: Develop and implement safety programs to ensure compliance with government regulations and maintain audit-ready status.
  • Track and Analyze KPIs: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as PM compliance, equipment uptime, and maintenance costs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvement initiatives, such as Kaizen activities and Lean Manufacturing practices, to optimize maintenance processes and reduce costs.
  • Provide Guidance and Resources: Develop and provide training programs for maintenance associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Communicate and Coordinate: Collaborate with other departments, such as Production, Engineering, and Scheduling, to manage production PMs and holiday shutdowns effectively.
  • Manage Maintenance Expenses: Develop and manage budgets for maintenance expenses and utilities.
  • Oversee MRO Spare Parts Warehouse: Manage the MRO spare parts warehouse inventory, including critical spare parts identification, inventory reduction, and cycle counting.
  • Manage CMMS System: Oversee the CMMS system for PM, work order, and spare parts management.
Requirements
  • Minimum of Associate's Degree: A technical field is highly preferred.
  • At Least Five Years of Experience: Similar maintenance management experience at a manufacturing site is required.
  • Supervision of Maintenance Staff: At least 20 individuals must be supervised.
  • Strong Mechanical Troubleshooting: Electrical troubleshooting experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Preventative Maintenance Programs: Experience initiating continuous improvement efforts within the maintenance team is required.
  • Experience Working with CMMS System: Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, is required.
