Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Senior HR Generalist, offering HR support to management teams while executing HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR plans, policies, and programs that enhance employee relations, talent acquisition, and engagement.
  • Guide leadership on talent management to ensure the development of necessary skills and capabilities within the workforce.
  • Assist business partners in navigating the internal Performance Management System.
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition teams to facilitate recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
  • Analyze HR data to generate reports that inform management decisions and align HR initiatives with business needs.
  • Conduct necessary HR training, including compliance and safety training.
  • Support local communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Lead investigations related to workplace policy violations and provide guidance on employee relations issues.
  • Work with leadership on employee terminations and address any related concerns.
  • Promote a culture of employee ownership and engagement.
  • Share best practices and collaborate with local HR partners on critical issues.
  • Drive positive change through effective coaching and counseling.
  • Monitor employee climate and advise leadership on engagement strategies.
  • Facilitate talent stewardship through communication and training on HR processes.
  • Participate in business discussions, providing HR insights to leadership.
  • Act as an advocate for employees through effective relations management.
  • Assist in conflict resolution and support supervisors in managing workplace conflicts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree or HR certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient problem-solving and conflict management abilities.
  • Familiarity with HR software such as UKG and SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for HR metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to relocate for HR opportunities is preferred.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
