Position Overview:
The Senior HR Generalist will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive HR support to management teams. This position is responsible for the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with our operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Senior HR Generalist, offering HR expertise to business management teams.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, processes, and policies that align with business objectives.
- Guide leadership on talent management and development to ensure a skilled workforce.
- Assist in recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes, providing resources to new hires.
- Analyze HR data to generate reports and support management decision-making.
- Conduct necessary HR training, including compliance and safety training.
- Enhance communication between leadership and employees to foster a positive work environment.
- Lead investigations related to workplace policy violations and employee relations issues.
- Collaborate with local HR partners to share best practices and address critical HR needs.
- Monitor employee engagement and provide insights for improvement.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree is required; a Master's Degree or HR certifications (SHRM, PHR) are preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably within a manufacturing context. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential, along with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in HR software such as UKG and SAP SuccessFactors is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Knowledge of employment legislation and compliance is crucial.
