Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Lead Human Resources Specialist, providing strategic HR support to management teams; responsible for implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with operational goals.
  • Design and execute HR plans, policies, and programs that support the objectives of the organization, focusing on employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and engagement.
  • Advise leadership on talent development to ensure the organization has the necessary skills and capabilities to meet business demands.
  • Assist business partners in navigating the internal Performance Management System and addressing HR-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to attract, interview, and onboard new talent, providing resources to help new hires acclimate to the company culture.
  • Analyze HR data to generate reports that inform management decisions and align HR actions with business needs.
  • Conduct necessary HR training sessions, including compliance training on topics such as workplace conduct and safety protocols.
  • Work with leadership to implement effective communication strategies that enhance employee engagement and information flow.
  • Lead investigations into workplace policy violations, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulations.
  • Partner with legal and management on employee termination processes and address any employee relations issues that arise.
  • Drive cultural transformation initiatives that promote an ownership mentality among employees.
  • Engage with local HR partners to share best practices and address critical HR challenges.
  • Utilize coaching and counseling techniques to foster positive change within the organization.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and identify trends, providing guidance to leadership on enhancing engagement.
  • Support the development of an employee engagement strategy that drives organizational performance and change.
  • Facilitate communication and training on HR practices to ensure effective talent management.
  • Participate in business discussions, providing HR insights to support decision-making.
  • Act as an advocate for employees, promoting effective employee relations.
  • Assist in conflict resolution efforts, supporting supervisors and leadership in addressing workplace disputes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree or HR certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Familiarity with HR software systems preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
