Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage automation projects, including design, manufacturing, build, and integration milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, controls engineers, and technicians.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and contract documents.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering and 2 years of project management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial automation systems, including PLCs, robotics, and CNC machines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Project.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with global teams and in a diverse environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to write technical reports and proposals.
  • Math literacy and ability to work with cost management, budgeting, and project statistics.
