Position Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.

Reviews all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met. Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner. Communicates any contract proposals and contract renewals for new work for an existing client. Responsible for maintaining current business levels at each customer in their assigned territory.

Works closely with the ASK team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.

Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable. Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business. Communicates the customer's goals and needs to the commercial group in order to satisfy the customer's interests. Follows ASK Chemicals legal and ethical standards. Personal sales/growth goals are aligned with company goals. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education / Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree; specific field may be substituted with equivalent experience Foundry experience preferred; general manufacturing experience may be suitable MBA a plus Minimum 3 years of Account/Project management Business savvy, motivated, goal-oriented Ability to communicate effectively with people Ability to work in a team and listens effectively Strong written and communication skills High organizational skills Extremely detail oriented Proficient with Microsoft Office Ability to travel (75%) Technical competence and ability to analyze problems ASK Chemicals is a new and growing company with a history of attracting the best people and keeping them
