Job Description:

  • Extensive experience in monitoring and supporting Java microservice APIs
  • Proficient in analyzing, identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving application/infrastructure issues
  • In-depth knowledge of telemetry & monitoring tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, CloudWatch
  • Hands-on experience in supporting Cloud-based applications
  • Ability to interpret alarms and performance metrics for Java applications and Kubernetes containers
  • Familiarity with AWS services and capability to assist the team in setting up alerts for potential production issues
  • Basic understanding and practical experience with Oracle SQL and Postman
  • Identify areas for improvement, lead automation projects, and drive transformation initiatives
  • Keenness to learn and adapt to new technologies based on project requirements
  • Development background in Java/Python
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles with strong written and verbal communication skills
