Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration or related field
A minimum of 4 years of progressive HR leadership experience
Proficient with payroll, HR and recruiting software, preferable UKG (UltiPro Workforce management)
Strong knowledge in HR laws and regulations
Work and understand union contracts
Strong working Knowledge of Microsoft Office
