We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic Human Resources Manager. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR management and department operations to adhere to CleanCare's policies and procedures.

The duties include communicating between company Executives and management and coordinating with management to ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulation, employee benefits and collective bargaining agreements.

This position will report directly to the CFO.

Responsibilities:
Oversee recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new employees.
Employee Relations
Oversee Employee recordkeeping.
Payroll Compliance

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration or related field
A minimum of 4 years of progressive HR leadership experience
Proficient with payroll, HR and recruiting software, preferable UKG (UltiPro Workforce management)
Strong knowledge in HR laws and regulations
Work and understand union contracts
Strong working Knowledge of Microsoft Office
