We're hiring a Strategic Sourcing Manager (SSM) to oversee vendor management and sourcing activities across various categories. This role offers an opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, drive cost-saving initiatives, and contribute to the maturity of our sourcing function.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze data for cost-saving opportunities
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies
  • Lead RFx processes and negotiations
  • Ensure contract compliance and manage vendor relationships
  • Identify areas of risk and make recommendations for improvement
  • Measure vendor performance and initiate corrective actions
  • Provide sourcing tools, processes, and knowledge to internal teams
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or category management
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Procurement-specific qualification is a plus
