Role: Test Lead

Location : 17000 Horizon Way, Mount Laurel, NJ Location ( Onsite Role )

Job Type - Full Time Position
  • 10 to 14 years of Software Testing experience

    • Understanding of QA principles (tracking, analysing, reporting, problem resolution and training)

    • Thorough knowledge of the entire SDLC, testing methodologies and their direct implementation to projects

    • Good experience of creating Test Strategy, Test plans and implementing in the projects

    • Good knowledge in Agile methodology

    • Hands on experience in Software Testing and developing automation scripts (TOSCA Preferred or any other automation tool)

    • Have experience in Jira & JTMF / any other test management tool and dashboard creation

    • Experience in co-ordination with multiple teams

    • Lead the testing effort and team to plan, construct and execute release tests

    • Experience of tracking risks & dependencies, performing impact analysis and mitigation planning

    • Experience working in an offshore/offsite model

    • Apply testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution

    • Strong written and verbal communications skills

    • Preferred to have experience of leading testing in Banking project
