We are in search of a skilled QA Engineer who possesses expertise in both automated and manual testing methodologies to contribute to our mission and enhance the lives of countless individuals.


Position Overview:


The QA Engineer will take charge of designing and implementing both automated and manual testing protocols to guarantee the quality and dependability of our cardiac monitoring applications across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a solid grasp of the software development lifecycle and best practices in quality assurance. This position will also involve assisting the QA Lead/Manager and stepping in as a substitute when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automated and manual testing protocols.
  • Develop comprehensive test strategies and document detailed test cases.
  • Execute both manual and automated test cases while documenting any defects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that software aligns with all technical specifications and user needs.
  • Work alongside the development team to identify and rectify defects.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory quality management systems throughout the testing lifecycle.
  • Conduct extensive testing of our Angular frontend utilizing tools such as Jasmine, Karma, and Protractor.
  • Assist the QA Lead/Manager and serve as a substitute when required.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a software quality assurance role.
  • Proficiency with web testing tools like Selenium Driver, Katalon, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Angular testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma, and Protractor.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, with experience in Postman/Insomnia testing being advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Test Management Tools; experience with Azure DevOps is a plus.
  • Proficient in SQL queries.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of both positive and negative testing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and reasoning abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems.
  • Background in Medical Device Manufacturing.
  • Experience in testing Windows applications.
  • Experience in mobile application testing.
