  • Comprehensive understanding of testing methodologies and various stages of the testing lifecycle.
  • Proficient in Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks.
  • Experienced in developing test plans, test strategies, and associated testing documentation.
  • Ability to create and maintain requirement traceability matrices, along with excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and vendors.
  • Hands-on experience with test management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of the banking sector is essential.
  • Strong expertise in automation testing tools like TOSCA and Selenium.
  • Familiarity with Agile practices.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
