Konica Minolta is offering a challenging role as a Supply Chain Administrator to ensure timely and accurate replenishment and sales support through efficient BSC replenishment and Prepo processing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review forecasts for assigned items
  • Process approved Prepositions and STO requests
  • Monitor backorders and inventory levels by location
  • Ensure fulfillment of backorders by confirming schedule lines or issuing manual STOs
  • Support SCM analysts/Managers in daily functions
  • Perform additional functions as required

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or higher educational degree required
  • 1 to 2 years of general work experience
  • Experience with SAP or ability to learn SAP or similar systems
  • Related industry experience preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-pressure environment
