Key Responsibilities:

  • Material Assessment:
    • Organize materials in the staging area according to the project timeline.
    • Gather material quotations from vendors and present them to the project manager.
    • Procure materials based on anticipated delivery times.
    • Monitor the arrival of materials.
    • Prepare materials as they are delivered.
  • Material Preparation for Carpenters:
    • Arrange materials for carpenters in advance of the scheduled work.
    • Maintain daily communication with carpenters.
    • Adjust the project schedule if materials are unavailable.
  • Follow-Up Communication:
    • Engage with homeowners and trade partners before and after project completion.
  • Administrative Tasks or Project Management Support:
    • Procure last-minute materials as needed.
    • Initiate emergency purchase orders.
    • Coordinate with suppliers, homeowners, and vendors.
  • Daily Field Reporting:
    • Collect and document images from trade partners and internal staff.
    • Upload images with appropriate labels including vendor, date, and completed work.
    • Distribute images to clients and the marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or dispatch roles.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Enthusiastic and positive demeanor.
  • Familiarity with computers and multi-line phone systems is advantageous.
  • Aspirations to develop into a Project Manager role.

Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000.00 annually (dependent on qualifications)
