The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance to attorneys and staff members. This role involves on-site support for PCs, phones, AV equipment, IT peripherals, and IT Infrastructure within the office while reporting to an IT Support Manager.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Supporting all PCs, phones, IT peripherals, and IT infrastructure
  • Thoroughly documenting work in the IT incident ticketing system
  • Providing support for escalated incidents
  • Offering technical support during events, conferences, and meetings
  • Assisting with office administration tasks and projects
  • Participating in internal IT projects
  • Responding to various outages
  • Handling special projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- 3+ years in a Corporate Environment

- 3+ years of Technical Support Experience

- Experience with Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook and Word)

- Knowledge of Cisco VoIP phone and voicemail systems

- Experience with web conferencing tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams

- Familiarity with Apple and Android mobile devices and OS

- Experience in configuring and supporting printers and multifunction devices

- Knowledge of network troubleshooting

- Experience with server/network rooms

- Strong customer service skills

- Analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to travel and lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs


Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree
IT Certifications or equivalent experience
