- Work with educational technologists to support curricular use of educational technologies used in a variety of multimedia assignments.
- Research and explore emerging educational technology, such as artificial intelligence, 3D printing, interactive whiteboards, and XR.
- Develop and maintain written and video how-to documentation to support students, faculty, and staff.
- Assist with record keeping and researching new technologies to support the college's technology needs.
- Strong customer service experience and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting, as well as audio/visual equipment troubleshooting.
- Experience with high-end software programs and emerging educational technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
This is a part-time position with varying hours, including evenings and weekends. The successful candidate will be required to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the college.
