Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Strong customer service experience and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting, as well as audio/visual equipment troubleshooting.
  • Experience with high-end software programs and emerging educational technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Working Conditions

This is a part-time position with varying hours, including evenings and weekends. The successful candidate will be required to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the college.
