Responsibilities:
-Managing incoming requests and schedules
-Handling interpersonal conflicts within teams while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
-Coordinating various projects and programs, providing valuable support in presentations and meetings, and offering insights to enhance our care model. Youll be the linchpin in facilitating effective communication and workflow within the Clinical Operations department, assisting in project planning, execution, and change management efforts.
-Supporting the SVP in research, presentation development, and maintaining crucial documentation. Your role will also encompass managing technical aspects such as Smart Sheet workflows, VBA code, and video editing software to streamline processes and improve clinical understanding of our technology suite.
Qualifications:
-Seeking someone who is not only detail-oriented and proactive, but also possesses exceptional communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
-2+ years of prior experience in project management, financial analysis, and healthcare would be advantageous, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Smart Sheet, and VBA.
