Primary Duties:
- Oversee a team of Test Engineers, including conducting performance evaluations, setting objectives, and managing daily operations.
- Assess the demand for testing services and engage in resource planning to ensure sufficient support.
- Design, implement, and oversee test engineering protocols and methodologies.
- Facilitate the creation of essential test engineering outputs.
- Guarantee the precision and uniformity of test engineering documentation.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Provide guidance on product-related challenges and keep relevant personnel informed of developments.
- Ensure that staffing needs are fulfilled.
- Encourage professional growth and development among team members.
- May undertake related duties as required.
Compensation: This position offers a salary range of $93,000 to $123,500, along with potential bonuses, which will vary based on individual qualifications and experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Proven leadership capabilities.
- Ability to apply design principles and methodologies effectively.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, data analysis software, and product lifecycle management tools.
