Service Lead Role

We're looking for a Service Lead to join our team at Lolli & Pops. As a Service Lead, you'll be a keyholder and member of the leadership team, responsible for driving store-level financial and operational results. You'll work closely with our management team to ensure that every guest who enters our store has a positive and inspiring experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor store KPI targets and take action to achieve store targets
  • Keep your team focused on guest engagement, sampling, and sharing product knowledge
  • Maximize team performance through product knowledge education, coaching, and leading by example
  • Assist in training, developing, and motivating team members
  • Assist the Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, inventory management, and maintaining visual and merchandising standards
  • Ensure all policies, procedures, and operational directives are enforced consistently and effectively
  • Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store
Requirements
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for working with people
