  • Manage the complete cycle of a Design Center order while maintaining a safe and orderly environment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensure compliance with Loss Prevention measures and company policies.
  • Process framing orders and paperwork efficiently and accurately.
  • Act as the first point of contact for Design Center employees.
  • Provide training to new Design Center employees.
  • Communicate unresolved issues to the General Manager.

  • Flexible availability for day/evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.

The Custom Framing Lead directly supervises store personnel.
