Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Lead to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a Customer Service Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming and consultative experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellence in customer service, including product information and follow-up
- Support the store in maintaining presentation and product care standards
- Foster a collaborative and open environment
- Ensure all safety and security procedures are followed
- Maintain a consistently neat and professional appearance
- Perform special duties as assigned by store management
Requirements
- 1-3 years retail sales experience with high-end luxury and/or custom products
- Strong ability to connect with customers, build trust, and foster relationships
- Flexibility in work schedule reflecting store hours
- Self-directed and able to work independently
- Ability to develop interpersonal skills and capabilities through on-going training
