As a Strategic Communications and Operations Architect, you’ll bring your leadership, consulting, strategic, tactical, technical, Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, and Facilities (DOTMLPF), Military Decision Making Process (MDMP), Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS), high combatant command, and operational knowledge and skills to work with leaders in operational concepts development, policy, organizational alignment and training requirements on projects. You’ll sharpen your skills as you research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, support, and equip the operational units, and test organizations and interoperability of future systems elements. Work with us to help plan, program and execute the timely fielding of new and modernization of legacy weapon systems.

You Have:

  • 15+years of experience leading and conducting missile operations and support roles across the strategic enterprise

  • Knowledge of Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications sustainment and acquisitions programs

  • Ability to evaluate and interpret Weapon System Specification development leading to a low-risk, technically mature system design

  • Knowledge of Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) architecture views and Joint Capability Integration and Development System processesthroughout design maturation and system development

  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

  • Master’s degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Knowledge of digital engineering

  • Ability to garner nuclear certification using Model Based Systems Engineering

  • Ability to lead and direct teams of personnel through large programmatic reviews, and in-turn, develop, coordinate, and refine government responses to design shortfalls

  • Ability to develop and continuously shape and refine Work Breakdown Schedules, Integrated Master Plans, and Integrated Product Teams to achieve time efficiency to meet key acquisition milestones

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
