As a Senior Operations and Communications Strategist, you will leverage your extensive expertise to drive innovative solutions and address intricate challenges faced by our clients. Your role is pivotal in enhancing national security through strategic insights and operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your 15+ years of experience in leading missile operations and support functions across the strategic landscape.
  • Provide expert knowledge in Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications, focusing on sustainment and acquisition programs.
  • Assess and interpret Weapon System Specifications to ensure the development of low-risk, technically advanced system designs.
  • Apply your understanding of the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and Joint Capability Integration and Development System processes to facilitate design maturation and system development.
  • Maintain an active TS/SCI clearance and be prepared for a polygraph examination.
  • Possess a Master's degree to enhance your analytical and strategic capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with digital engineering methodologies.
  • Experience in achieving nuclear certification through Model Based Systems Engineering.
  • Proven ability to lead teams through extensive programmatic evaluations and develop government responses to design deficiencies.
  • Expertise in creating and refining Work Breakdown Schedules, Integrated Master Plans, and Integrated Product Teams to ensure timely achievement of acquisition milestones.

Clearance Requirements:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
