Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic communications plans to engage stakeholders and drive business results
  • Design and implement operations processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leaders on strategic communications and operations matters
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in strategic communications and operations, with a strong background in enterprise solutions
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic communications and operations plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize business needs
  • Active TS/SCI clearance, with the ability to obtain a polygraph exam
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of digital engineering and Model Based Systems Engineering
  • Ability to lead and direct teams of personnel through large programmatic reviews
  • Experience with Work Breakdown Schedules, Integrated Master Plans, and Integrated Product Teams

Compensation

Salary at Booz Allen Hamilton is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193, annualized USD.
