Job Duties - 
  • Perform accounts payable transactions
  • Maintaining vendor file and 1099 information,
  • Reviewing all vendor statements and reconciling to vendor balance in Oracle
  • Coding of invoices and expense reports
  • Ensure accurate payments being sent out
  • Process invoice 
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Perform Month End Close procedures

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable accounting
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Prior exposure to an accounting software such as Quick Books or an ERP
  • Ability to work independently and have excellent adaptability skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products and general data base management.
  • Proficient in Oracle or SAP

  • the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
