The Financial Account Manager is a permanent opportunity with a fully in-office schedule.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing a roster of clients
  • Working with Business Managers in day-to-day management of all finance & administration duties
  • Perform basic business functions for clients, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, managing cash flow, and building and maintaining budgets
  • Frequently communicate with clients regarding financial transactions
  • Assist with onboarding clients
  • Perform a variety of special projects as needed
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and ad hoc reporting
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • A general understanding of finance and accounting practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (oral and written)
  • Ability to read and understand business financial statements
  • Ability to responsibly manage cash flow

Nice to Haves:
  • In-depth Quickbooks knowledge 
  • Experience with AgilLink 
  • Music industry experience

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

  • the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
