Salary: $60,000 + benefits
Our client is seeking an experienced Electronic Billing Coordinator to join their team. They offer a flexible work environment with competitive benefits pay. This position offers a hybrid remote schedule, with the option to work 2 to 3 days a week remotely (once trained).
Responsibilities:
- Review and edit pre-bills based on attorney and secretary requests.
- Submit electronic bills using specialized E-billing software.
- Apply retainer funds as directed by attorneys.
- Execute complex bills accurately and in a timely manner.
- Clear errors generated during the E-billing process.
- Manage a high volume of bills per month.
- Communicate effectively with attorneys, secretaries, and clients.
- Review and verify billing accuracy and supporting documentation.
- Research and resolve billing inquiries and issues.
- Create billing schedules and other billing analyses as needed.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Preferred hands-on billing experience in a law firm setting.
- Experience with Elite, Aderant, Juris, or equivalent accounting software.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and work demands.
- Initiative to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimal direction.
- College degree preferred.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
