  • Job Summary
      • The Biomed Equipment Services Project Manager will oversee and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of Biomed equipment-related projects within the organization. This includes working closely with stakeholders, team members, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet specified requirements. The Project Manager also provides leadership and guidance to project teams, manages project risks, and communicates project status to key stakeholders. The Project Manager assists the CoxHealth organization in achieving conformance with medical equipment-related government regulations. Additionally, this role involves reviewing and responding to product safety notices and recalls, as well as facilitating corrective actions. This position reports to the Biomedical Equipment Services Administrative Director.
  • Job Requirements
    • Education
        • Required: Associate’s Degree in Business, BioMedical Technology, or a related Healthcare field.
        • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Experience
        • Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or related roles OR Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Skills
        • Basic project management skills,
        • Good communication and teamwork skills
        • Familiarity with project management tools. 
        • Ability to read and interpret clinical equipment maintenance manuals.
        • Excellent record keeping skills.
    • Licensure/Certification/Registration
