Job Summary

We are seeking a fully dedicated People Analytics Partner to join our team, focusing on leveraging Workday to provide strategic workforce insights and analytics that drive business decisions and enhance our HR strategy. In this role, you will be instrumental in leveraging Workday's capabilities to analyze and interpret HR data, providing critical insights that inform talent management decisions, workforce planning strategies, and employee engagement. As our People Analytics Partner, you will collaborate closely with HR leaders and business stakeholders to design and develop custom reports, KPIs, dashboards, and predictive models that enable proactive decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

 

Job Requirements

Education

Required: Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of related experience

Preferred: Bachelor's degree or Graduate degree and/or professional certifications in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or Human Resources

Experience

Preferred: 5+ years of experience working in HR or consulting

Skills

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (i.e. Power BI, Excel, Tableau)

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively

Adept at working collaboratively and at a fast pace with a diverse range of team members and stakeholders

Excellent execution skills, attention to detail, time management, and ability to report insights creatively in a variety of formats
