  • Job Summary

    • The Receiving Supervisor is responsible for the efficient and effective coordination of all incoming shipments and merchandise at each of our hospitals. This position will manage the receiving departments and its staff, ensuring that all items are received, stored, and distributed in an organized and timely manner.  The Receiving Supervisor will work with our Project Coordinators to monitor and control the utilization/delivery of “u$ed” furniture within our System…they will work to develop and implement strategies to optimize this process. This position will make sure all accreditation and compliance standards are being followed as well as educating teams on policies and procedures. They will be responsible for, but not limited to, handling any customer service, purchase order and invoicing issues, and shipments tracking.

  • Job Requirements
    • Education

      • Required: High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred

    • Experience

      • Preferred: 3 year Supply Chain experience

    • Skills
      • Proficient w supply chain procurement system, including mobile supply chain hand held devices.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical/problem solving skillsFlexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environmentKnowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point desired
